By submitting your details, you consent to being contacted by Reservationpath or its partners via phone, email, SMS, push notifications, or other reasonable communication methods, including for service updates and marketing purposes, even if your number is listed on a “Do Not Call” registry.

You also consent to automated calls or pre-recorded messages related to your account, bookings, or promotional communications. If your contact details change, you must notify us promptly.

You confirm that you have authorization to provide contact details for any third party included in a booking. These consents remain effective even after account closure. Customer service calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes, where permitted by law.

Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination, legal consequences, or liability for resulting damages.

Purchases and Additional Terms

All bookings and transactions made through Reservationpath are subject to our Terms of Sale and any additional conditions imposed by travel suppliers. These terms are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

No Agency Relationship

Reservationpath acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate travel searches and bookings. We do not act as your agent, fiduciary, or advisor.

Booking on Behalf of Others

If you book travel for another person, you are responsible for ensuring that all provided information is accurate and that the traveler is informed of all applicable terms, rules, and restrictions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reservationpath, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from inaccurate information or failure to comply with these Terms. You remain fully responsible for all charges associated with your bookings, and refunds are subject to supplier policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that the Website, or any files, content, or information downloaded from it or from the internet, will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards, including antivirus protection and data verification procedures, and for maintaining independent data backup systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reservationpath is not liable for any loss or damage caused by distributed denial-of-service attacks, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may affect your computer equipment, software, data, or other property as a result of using the Website, its services, or any content downloaded from it or linked third-party sites.

The Website, its content, and all services provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, quality, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Reservationpath does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, secure, or free of defects, or that any defects will be corrected. We also do not warrant that our servers or systems are free from harmful components or that the Website will meet your expectations or requirements.

All warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory—including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement—are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reservationpath, its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Covered Parties”) shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website, any linked websites, or their content or services.

This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, such as:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities
  • Business interruption or system failures
  • Unauthorized access to or use of our systems
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content, pricing, or services
  • Failed, delayed, or incomplete transactions
  • Damage to your device or data caused by viruses or harmful components
  • Delays or disruptions in Website access or functionality

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory involved, including contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reservationpath and the Covered Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Website or its services
  • Your User Contributions or content submissions
  • Your unauthorized or improper use of information obtained through the Website

You also agree to indemnify Reservationpath for any airline debit memos, penalties, or credit card chargebacks resulting from:

  • Issues with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, or other travel providers
  • Unauthorized use of your payment method by family members, friends, or third parties

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any disputes arising from or related to the Website or services, are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom and consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute related to the Website, bookings, customer service, or our Privacy Policy, please contact us at contacts@reservationpath.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 60 days.

If the matter remains unresolved, you may pursue your claim through arbitration or a small claims court, where permitted by law.

Booking Services

These Booking Services Terms supplement our main Terms of Use and apply when you book travel services such as flights, hotels, or car rentals through the Website. All other Terms remain fully applicable.

Compliance with Travel Provider Terms

When making a booking through Reservationpath, you agree to comply with all rules, restrictions, and policies imposed by the relevant travel provider, including payment deadlines and fare or availability conditions.

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Cancellation of bookings
  • Denial of boarding or service
  • Forfeiture of amounts paid
  • Charges to your account for costs incurred by Reservationpath due to your violation

You are solely responsible for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your bookings and use of the Website.

Responsibility for Travel Providers

Reservationpath acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any travel provider, including insolvency, bankruptcy, or cessation of operations.

If a travel provider fails to deliver services, your sole remedy is against that provider, not Reservationpath, even if we were aware of the risk.

Accessibility

Reservationpath does not guarantee that travel services offered are suitable for individuals with disabilities. You should contact the travel provider directly to confirm accessibility requirements before booking.

International Travel

International travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for ensuring you meet all travel requirements, including valid passports, visas, health documentation, and compliance with destination entry rules.

We recommend reviewing official UK government travel guidance before booking:

  • https://www.gov.uk/passports

Currency and Exchange Rates

Bookings may be priced in different currencies depending on your location or selection. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged.

Exchange rate fluctuations, bank conversion fees, or international transaction charges may cause the amount shown on your card statement to differ. These charges are determined by your bank, not Reservationpath. Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency.

Credit and Debit Card Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, issued in the UK and selected other countries.

Your card may be charged in multiple transactions to complete the total booking amount. If a payment fails, we will notify you within 24 hours (or longer for non-card payments).

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment and an email confirmation is issued. Some bookings require advance payment. For security reasons, high-risk transactions may be temporarily suspended pending verification.

By completing a booking, you authorize Reservationpath and its payment processors to process your payment, issue tickets, and handle refunds or charge adjustments as necessary. Payment data is handled securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promo codes may be used to reduce Reservationpath service fees on eligible flight bookings. Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers.

Promo codes:

  • Are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • May be limited to one use per customer
  • Apply only up to the value of the service fee or the code amount, whichever is lower

Some offers may only be redeemed by phone through customer support. Discounts cannot be applied after a booking is completed.

Reservationpath reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time. If a promo code is invalid or misused, you may proceed at the regular price or cancel the transaction. The final checkout price is binding, and no retrospective discounts will be applied. We reserve the right to cancel bookings affected by promotional errors.

Airline Booking Terms

Airline Rules, Schedule Changes, and Pricing

All airline tickets booked through Reservationpath are subject to the applicable airline’s conditions of carriage, fare rules, cancellation policies, and terms of use. Your contract for air travel is directly between you and the airline.

Airlines may modify flight schedules, aircraft, routes, or cancel flights at their discretion. Such changes may affect your itinerary and are outside Reservationpath’s control.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices and information based on data provided by airlines. However, if a service is listed with incorrect pricing or details due to technical, human, or supplier error, Reservationpath or the airline reserves the right to refuse or cancel the booking prior to ticket issuance. If payment has already been collected and the booking is cancelled for this reason, the charged amount will be refunded.

Frequent Flyer Programs

Frequent flyer points, mileage accrual, upgrades, or airline-specific discounts may not apply to bookings made through Reservationpath unless explicitly stated by the airline.

Code-Share Flights

Some flights operate under code-share agreements, meaning the flight is marketed by one airline but operated by another. Check-in, baggage allowances, and onboard services are typically managed by the operating carrier. Passengers are responsible for confirming check-in procedures with the operating airline.

Hazardous Materials

UK law strictly prohibits carrying hazardous materials, including explosives, flammable liquids, corrosive substances, and compressed gases, in checked or carry-on baggage or on your person. Violations may result in fines or imprisonment.

Limited exceptions may apply for small quantities of medicinal or personal care items and certain smoking materials.

Prohibited Ticketing Practices

You must not engage in prohibited airline practices, including but not limited to:

  • Hidden-city ticketing
  • Point-beyond ticketing
  • Back-to-back ticketing
  • Using round-trip tickets for one-way travel where restricted

Most airlines prohibit these practices and may cancel tickets, deny boarding, or charge fare differences. ReservationPath does not guarantee that airlines will honour tickets used in violation of their rules. You agree to be responsible for any airline claims, penalties, or additional charges arising from such practices.

Use of Flight Segments

Most airlines require flight segments to be used in the order issued. Failure to use a segment without cancelling remaining portions prior to departure may result in cancellation of the remaining itinerary without refund, subject to airline fare rules.

Taxes, Fees, and Surcharges

Airfares may include government taxes, airline-imposed fees, and surcharges, which are either included in the total fare or itemised at checkout. Taxes are applied at the time of purchase; any subsequent increases imposed by authorities are your responsibility.

International travel may involve additional entry, exit, or airport fees not included in the ticket price. Multi-carrier itineraries may incur non-refundable service fees per ticket. Airlines may also charge fees for baggage, changes, cancellations, or paper tickets.

ReservationPath is not responsible for taxes, duties, or fees imposed by airlines or governments, except for our own applicable income taxes.

Paper Ticket Fees

If paper tickets are issued, third-party vendors may charge additional service and shipping fees, which vary by provider and are non-refundable. Additional fees may apply if tickets must be reissued due to rerouting or delivery issues.

Itinerary Changes

If permitted under airline fare rules, itinerary changes may be subject to:

  • Airline-imposed change fees
  • Any applicable fare difference
  • ReservationPath processing or agent-assisted service fees

Fees vary depending on the airline, fare type, market, and timing of the request.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • All airline bookings made through ReservationPath include non-refundable service fees, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to the applicable airline’s fare rules and penalties.
  • Tickets may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking, subject to applicable service fees, by contacting our 24/7 customer support team.
  • No-show tickets are non-refundable, and the full ticket value may be forfeited. Passengers must notify us at least 4 hours prior to departure to avoid being classified as a no-show.
  • Name changes are generally not permitted under airline policies.
  • Low-cost carrier tickets are typically non-refundable.
  • Hotel and car rental bookings are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise, though certain service fees may be refundable.

Detailed cancellation, change, and refund processing fees are outlined in the applicable Cancellation and Refund Fee Table.

Agent-Assisted Requests and Refund Processing

All cancellations must be requested by phone. Refund eligibility requires:

  • Fare rules permitting cancellation and refund
  • No no-show status
  • Airline or supplier approval, which is not guaranteed

After a cancellation request is submitted, you will receive an email acknowledgment with a tracking number. This does not guarantee a refund. If approved by the airline, refunds may take 60–90 days to process.

ReservationPath service fees are non-refundable. If a refund is authorised, a post-ticketing fee applies per passenger, per ticket. If the airline denies the refund, applicable post-ticketing fees will be refunded, but booking fees will be retained.

Web Check-In

By selecting automatic web check-in, you authorise Reservationpath to accept airline terms and conditions and make required acknowledgements on your behalf during the check-in process.

Seats, Meals, and Special Requests

Seat assignments, meals, frequent flyer details, and other special requests are not guaranteed and remain subject to airline availability and discretion. Reservationpath service fees and paid seat charges are non-refundable. Passengers should confirm special requests directly with the airline prior to departure.

Baggage Policy and Fees

Many airlines charge separately for checked baggage. Fees vary based on airline, route, size, weight, and number of bags and may be non-refundable. Reservationpath service fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for confirming baggage allowances and fees directly with the airline.

Additional Airline Fees

Airlines may charge additional fees at the airport for excess baggage, oversized items, seat upgrades, or ancillary services. Some fares include no free baggage allowance.

Entry and Exit Fees

Certain countries or airports charge entry, exit, or local fees not included in the ticket price. You are responsible for paying these charges.

Trip Types

Round-trip, one-way, and multi-city itineraries are governed by the fare rules of each airline involved. Multi-city bookings may be subject to different airline policies.

Combo Fares

Combo fares consist of two or more one-way tickets, each governed by separate airline terms. Changes or cancellations apply independently to each ticket, and you are solely responsible for all associated fees and penalties.

Upgrade Benefits

Upgrade benefits may include seat selection, carry-on baggage, or priority boarding and are subject to airline rules, fare conditions, and availability.

Hotel Booking Terms

Check-In Requirements

At check-in, guests must present valid identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit in their own name, as required by the hotel. Debit cards may not be accepted. These deposits are separate from payments made to Reservationpath.

Occupancy

Hotels may limit occupancy to two adults per room unless otherwise stated. Additional guests may incur extra charges payable directly to the hotel.

Late Arrival and No-Show

If you expect to arrive late or are unable to check in on the first night, you must notify the hotel directly. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund, in accordance with the hotel’s policy.

Changes and Cancellations

Hotel cancellation policies vary and may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or fully refundable. Please review the hotel’s cancellation policy carefully before booking. Changes to prepaid bookings, if permitted, may require cancellation and rebooking. Reservationpath is not obligated to refund any amounts unless required by the hotel’s policy.

Accessibility Requirements

For accessibility needs, including service animals, you must contact the hotel directly prior to booking to confirm availability and suitability.

Room Preferences and Special Requests

Room type, bedding, smoking or non-smoking preferences, and other special requests are not guaranteed and depend entirely on hotel availability and discretion. Reservationpath cannot enforce or manage such requests.

Age Requirements

Guests must be at least 18 years old or meet the hotel’s local legal age requirement to book and check in. Hotels may require valid identification and payment verification at check-in.

Pricing Accuracy

Reservationpath endeavours to provide accurate hotel pricing and information. If a hotel service is listed incorrectly due to supplier error, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. If payment has already been collected, the amount will be refunded.

Mandatory Fees

Displayed hotel rates exclude mandatory resort, destination, or facility fees that may be payable directly to the hotel at check-in. Reservationpath charges cover only the base rate, applicable taxes, and selected amenities.

Rental Car Booking Terms

General Rental Conditions

All car rentals booked through ReservationPath are subject to the rental company’s standard rental agreement, which must be signed by the renter at the time of vehicle pick-up. ReservationPath is not a party to this rental agreement. For full rental terms, including fuel policies, mileage limits, insurance options, and deposits, you must contact the rental company directly.

If a car rental service is listed with incorrect pricing or details due to a rental company error, ReservationPath reserves the right to refuse or cancel the booking, even if it has been confirmed or charged. In such cases, any amount already charged will be refunded.

Age and Driver Requirements

  • The minimum age to book a car rental is 19 years.
  • Certain vehicle categories may have higher age restrictions.
  • Drivers under 25 years of age may be subject to a young driver surcharge, payable directly to the rental company.
  • Additional drivers are permitted only where allowed by the rental company and may incur extra charges.

At pick-up, the renter must present:

  • A valid driver’s licence held in their own name
  • A valid credit card in the renter’s name

Specific vehicle makes or models are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Payment and Charges

For retail-priced rentals, ReservationPath is not the merchant of record. Your payment card is used to guarantee the reservation, and the rental company will charge applicable rental costs at the time of vehicle pick-up.

Final rental costs may vary depending on:

  • Optional extras
  • Changes to rental duration
  • Late returns or early pick-up
  • Local taxes and fees

Rental companies collect and remit all applicable local taxes. ReservationPath pays these amounts to suppliers and does not act as a co-vendor.

  • Parking reservations may be cancelled due to events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, space unavailability, technical issues). Reservationpath is not liable for any resulting losses.

Cruise Booking Terms

Pricing and Fees

All cruise prices are quoted per person, in USD, based on double occupancy, unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude government taxes, port charges, fuel surcharges, airfare, and gratuities unless explicitly included.

A non-refundable processing fee applies to each cruise booking. Cruise lines may impose fuel or operational surcharges prior to departure, payable by the passenger.

Pricing varies based on ship, stateroom category, departure date, and port of embarkation. Promotional fares, upgrades, and special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.

Passenger Name Accuracy

All passenger names must exactly match the traveller’s passport or government-issued identification, including first, middle, and last names. Name corrections or booking changes may incur additional fees imposed by Reservationpath or the cruise line.

Baggage Allowances

Baggage policies are set by individual cruise lines and vary by operator. You are responsible for reviewing the cruise line’s official baggage policy prior to travel. Reservationpath is not responsible for notifying passengers of changes to baggage rules.

Special Requirements

For special requirements, including infants, medical needs, mobility assistance, or dietary requests, you must contact ReservationPath prior to departure. While we will notify the cruise line of your needs, fulfilment is not guaranteed and remains at the cruise line’s discretion.

Cruise Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility applies only to refundable cruise deposits and excludes processing and service fees. Group bookings, charter sailings, and contracted fares may not qualify for refunds.
