Visa & Travel Document Guidelines

Airline tickets booked through ReservationPath.com are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refunds may be processed only if:

  • The airline permits a refund under its fare rules, or
  • A waiver is approved by the airline following our request

Refund eligibility requires that the traveler is not classified as a “no-show.” Supporting documentation may be required for waiver consideration.

Special Service Requests

Special service requests are processed only upon customer request and are subject to airline approval. Documentation may be required.

These services include:

  • Name Corrections: Required if the ticketed name does not match the passport or government-issued ID
  • Visa or Passport Denial: Official denial letter must be provided
  • Baggage Claims: Baggage tags and receipts must be retained
  • No-Show Cases: Supporting documents explaining missed travel are required
  • Denied Boarding: Airline-issued documentation must be submitted
  • Duplicate Tickets: Copies of all tickets with identical itineraries booked through ReservationPath.com are required
