California Consumer Privacy

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice

This California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) Notice forms part of the Reservationpath Privacy Policy and applies solely to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information relating to California residents (“Consumers,” “you,” or “your”), as defined under the CCPA.

Any capitalized terms not defined in this CCPA Notice shall have the meanings set out in our Privacy Policy or, if not defined there, the meanings assigned under the CCPA. In the event of a conflict between this CCPA Notice and our Privacy Policy, this CCPA Notice shall prevail with respect to California Consumers and their personal information.

Your Rights Under the CCPA

1. Right to Access Personal Information

You have the right to request that Reservationpath disclose the personal information we have collected about you during the preceding twelve (12) months, including:

  • The categories of personal information collected
  • The sources from which the information was obtained
  • The business or commercial purposes for collecting or sharing the information
  • The categories of third parties with whom the information was shared

Requests may be made no more than twice within a 12-month period and are subject to identity verification to protect your information.

2. Right to Delete Personal Information

You have the right to request deletion of personal information that Reservationpath has collected and retained about you, subject to certain legal and operational exceptions.

Once your request is verified, we will delete the information unless retention is required to:

  • Comply with applicable laws or regulations
  • Complete a transaction or provide a requested service
  • Detect security incidents or prevent fraud
  • Exercise or defend legal claims

3. Right to Opt Out of the Sale of Personal Information

The CCPA grants California residents the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information. Reservationpath does not sell sensitive personal or financial data. However, certain data sharing activities (such as sharing identifiers or online activity data with advertising or analytics partners) may be considered a “sale” under CCPA definitions.

California residents may exercise their opt-out right by selecting the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link available to users accessing our website from California IP addresses.

Please note:

  • Opting out does not limit information sharing necessary to complete bookings, process payments, or provide services
  • The opt-out right does not apply to information transferred as part of a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

Non-Discrimination Policy
