When you make a reservation through Reservationpath.com, any changes, modifications, or cancellations may be subject to fees charged by airlines or other travel service providers. These charges vary based on the airline, fare type, route, and specific booking rules associated with your reservation.
In most cases, change or cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure. However, certain airlines or fare types may require earlier notice or may not allow changes at all. To avoid unexpected charges, we strongly recommend contacting our customer support team to review the fare rules applicable to your booking before requesting any modifications.
Most flight tickets booked through ReservationPath.com are non-refundable, in accordance with airline policies. If your ticket permits cancellation, any approved refund is typically issued as a travel credit with the same airline and traveler name, subject to the airline’s validity period and usage conditions.
All cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations requested after departure, including no-show cases, are generally not permitted. If a travel credit is used for a new booking, passengers are responsible for any fare difference and applicable fees. Our customer support team is available to assist in explaining ticket restrictions and refund options.
The following table provides a general guideline for cancellation penalties. Actual fees may vary depending on the airline or fare rules associated with your booking.
| Days Before Departure | Cancellation Fee | Refund Eligibility |
|---|---|---|
| 90+ days | No penalty | ✔ Full refund (excluding non-refundable deposits) |
| 89–75 days | Deposit forfeited | ✘ Deposit not refundable |
| 74–61 days | 50% of total fare | ✘ Partial refund |
| 60–31 days | 75% of total fare | ✘ Minimal refund, if applicable |
| 30–0 days | 100% of total fare | ✘ No refund |
Refund eligibility depends entirely on the fare rules set by the airline or travel provider. To request a refund, you must submit a formal request through ReservationPath.com. Please note that no-show bookings—where the traveler fails to check in or board—are typically non-refundable.
In certain cases, we may request a refund waiver from the airline on your behalf; however, approval is at the sole discretion of the provider and cannot be guaranteed.
Once your request is received, you will be sent an email acknowledgment with a tracking reference number. This acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request but does not indicate refund approval.
If approved, refunds are processed according to airline policies and may take 60 to 90 days to appear on your original payment method. Airline-imposed penalties are usually deducted from the refund amount. ReservationPath.com service fees and booking fees are non-refundable, and an additional per-passenger service charge may apply for processing approved refunds.
If a refund request is declined by the travel provider, any applicable post-ticketing service fees will be returned within 21 business days, where applicable.
