Our Service Fees
ReservationPath.com charges service fees to cover the cost of booking, technology, and customer support associated with travel reservations. All service fees are applied per passenger, per ticket, unless otherwise stated, and are separate from supplier charges.

Service Fee Policy
General Fee Information
Service fees are displayed in your local currency on the payment page and may vary by passenger type, including adult, child, infant, senior, student, or military traveler.
Please note:
- Service fees are generally non-refundable
- Fees are subject to change without prior notice
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation may qualify for a refund of applicable transaction fees (subject to supplier rules)
- Cancellations made after 24 hours are not eligible for a service fee refund
- You will only be charged the final total price quoted by our agent at the time of booking
Exclusions from Standard Service Fees
Certain bookings may incur additional service fees due to complexity or risk factors, including but not limited to:
- Up to $37.50 per passenger for online holiday package bookings
- Up to $150 per passenger for online business-class or first-class flight bookings
- Up to $75 per passenger for open-jaw or multi-city itineraries
- Up to $30 per passenger for bookings originating from high-fraud-risk locations
- Up to $41.25 per passenger for itineraries involving different travel dates or nearby airports
- Up to $150 per passenger for online cruise bookings
- Up to $75 per passenger for unaccompanied minor tickets
Contact Center Booking Fees
Bookings completed through the Reservationpath.com contact center may incur higher service fees than online bookings due to additional manual handling, itinerary complexity, or international routing.
Contact center booking fees may range from:
- $11.25 to $187.50 per passenger
- Up to $93.75 per passenger for senior travelers
